Tartu University Hospital Children’s Foundation invites children to participate in poetry contest
The Foundation announces a beginning of a poetry contest „Good deeds of the Teddybear“, where all kids from 1st-6th grade are welcome to take part in.
The subject of the contest is Foundation’s mascot Mõmmik’s and his friends different good deeds, that kids are asked to put in a rhyming form. The exact instructions can be found on Foundation’s homepage.
All writings are expected until 30th April to the address lastefond at lastefond dot ee. When sending a poem, please include your name, age, class and contact information.
Best poets will be awarded by gifts from Ahhaa teaduskeskus, A. Le Coq, Saku Õlletehas, Rahva Raamat, Nukuteater and Kalev. The Foundation will collect the most outstanding rhymes in order to make a fun poetrybook out of them.
Tartu University Hospital Children's Foundation has been raising money for improving children’s medical treatment possibilities since 2001. That makes it one of the oldest charitable organisations operating in Southern Estonia. The mission of Children’s Foundation is to raise concern, attention and care for those weakest and most vulnerable children among our fellow citizens.
